三峡库区地质灾害监测预警的网络应急化研究

摘    要:三峡大坝的建立使得三峡库区的突发性地质灾害更加多元化、复杂化、频发化.应急指挥系统建立了一套以卫星通信系统为基础,基于IP网络的多媒体信息快速传输通道,实现地质灾害预警和应急指挥数据通讯不受时空限制的快速部署,从而高效地指导地质灾害防治.应急监测系统以快捷方式监测崩滑体的变形为主,并且迅速发现崩滑体的宏观险情.

Abstract:The building of the Three Gorges Dam makes the abrupt geo-hazards around the Three Gorges Reservoir areas more diverse,complex and frequent.Emergency command system builds up the rapid transmission of multimedia information access of IP web network based on satellite communication system,realizing the rapid deployment of geological hazard early warning and data communication of emergency command without the limits of the time and space,which efficiently guides the prevention of geological disasters.Emergenc...
