| 摘 要： | 通过分析车牌区域与背景区域的不同特征,采用车牌的统计特征与图像滤波相结合的方法,针对图像背景区域中不同特征的背景信息,采取相应的措施,逐步滤除车牌背景,实现了对车牌区域的准确分割.实验结果表明,本文所提出的算法能够快速、完整地提取车牌区域的字符信息.

| Abstract: | Based on the analyzing of the difference characteristic between the plate region and the background region.Combine the statistic characteristic of the license plate region and image filtering,faced to the different characteristic,filter the background information.At last,realize the precise retrieving of license plate.Experiment shows that this algorithm can locate the license plate quickly and exactly. |
