木钵延10油层水敏伤害研究

摘    要:目的 为保护储层以及提高油层采收率提供依据。方法 利用真实砂岩微观模型对木钵延10油层进行了水敏伤害研究。结果 该油层黏土含量4.4%~11%,黏土组成以伊利石为主,伊/蒙混层和高岭石黏土矿物次之,不含或极少含有绿泥石;黏土矿物具有膨胀、分散、运移的特性,易造成储层的水敏和速敏伤害;目前的注入水将对储层造成中等程度的水敏伤害,采取高矿化度盐水及逐渐降低矿化度的注入方式,对减弱储层水敏伤害有利,最佳注入水盐度为15.6~5.2g/L。结论 水敏伤害是造成木钵延10区块注水压力高、注水量低的不可忽视的原因,应尽量使注入水矿化度高于注入流体的矿化度阈值(5.2~2.18g/L),以减轻水敏伤害。

Abstract:Aim To give the suggestion for protecting oil reservoir and enhancing recovery efficiency.Methods Using real standstone model to investigate the water sensitivity damage on Mubo Yan 10 reservoir, and to discuss the damage factors.Results In Mubo Yan 10 reservoir, the clay minerals content is 4.4%~11%, illite is the mainly clay mineral, kaolinite and illite/smectite mixed layer are the secondary clay minerals, the chlorite is little. It also causes the water sensitivity damage and velocity sensitivity damage of reservoir because of the clay minerals expansion scatter and movement. The water sensitivity is moderated by using the actual injected water, the water sensitive damage will be reduced when the injected water's salinity is increased and its salinity is reduced gradually. According to the experiments the suitable salinity of injected water is 5~10 g/L. Conclusion Sensitive damage should not be the ignored factor causing high injected pressure and low injection rate. For reducing sensitive damage the injected water salinity should be higher than 5~10 g/L.
