| 摘 要： | 依据实际离散事件仿真项目,就半导体生产线建模中遇到的问题,提出了将生产模型和调度算法分离开的新方法.每一种调度算法都需要特定的离散事件模型输入信息,各自的计算过程也都不相同,但按照这种新方法,可以对调度算法和模型进行分离解耦处理,运用新提出的方法为项目编写的.NET组件,已经实现了15种常用的调度算法,最后对此组件在半导体生产线仿真项目上的应用作了简要说明.

| Abstract: | When modulling and simulating a semiconductor manufacture plant,we need imitate or develop a lot of schedule algorithms.Each algorithm needs specifically discrete event model information input and calculates in a very special way.In this paper,a new method,which can decouple the production model and the schedule algorithms into separate modules,will be introduced.According to this method,a.KG-*5]NET component together with 15 common schedule algorithms is implemented.Application of the developed.KG-*5]NET component in a semiconductor production line simulation case is also illustrated in the end of this paper. |
