区间值模糊推理对选优决策模型的改进

根据选优所要求的日益客观、公正的需要，文中对多准则模糊决策问题提出了由点值隶属度到区间值隶属度的过渡，用区间值模糊集表示模糊推理的结果能反映日常推理的模糊性和不确定性，弱化了主观因素，同时引入了对区间值结果的新的决策函数和比较依据。结合一实例进行比较分析，结果表明，将改进应用于决策寻优是可行且有效的。提供的研究思想和分析模型可以指导单位或机构进行综合评价从而辅助评优决策。

Improved technique for decision-making model in evaluating by interval-valued fuzzy reasoning

According to the need of objectivity and justice in evaluating,this paper introduces the new decision-making function and comparision principle on a multicriteria fuzzy decision-making problem with the transition from dot-valued to interval-valued membership,weakening subjective factors and reflecting fuzziness of daily inference.By using an example and comparing analysis,I show that the improved technique is practical and efficient.This paper provides the research idea and analysis model for institutions or organization to make decision in evaluating.
