摘    要:品牌是企业和产品的牌号,是企业产品质量和品质的体现,是企业文化最有说服力的表征。具有国际知名度的大品牌凝练了企业多年持续创新、科学管理、卓越品质和优良服务的企业文化,是企业获得市场资源优先分配权的强大武器。品牌的发展离不开创新,品牌战略的实施离不开知识产权的保护。

Abstract:The brand is the trademark of the enterprise and the product.And it also manifests the enterprise product quality. The international well-known big Drand coneises the enterprise excllent cuhine :continual innovation for years, the scientific management, the remarkable quality and the excellent service. It was the formidable weapon for the enterprise to obtain market resources the first distribution right.The brand develop- ment cannot be realized withut the innovation, the brand strategy implementation is supported by the proteetion of intellectual property rights.
