摘    要:以炭黑(CB3100)为导电相,硅橡胶为基质制备导电复合材料.研究了基于力敏导电橡胶的柔性触觉传感器灵敏度随复合材料的填料用量,不同种类填料并用而变化的特性.对材料的弹性形变、炭黑和填料并用的网络化进行了分析.通过实验,获得了在不同填料配比下的力敏导电橡胶的横向和纵向力灵敏度,渗流区不同位置下的灵敏度.实验表明,当炭黑(8%)和SiO2(27‰)并用时,复合材料电阻刚好处于渗流区的高阻态端,弹性模量较低,力学灵敏度高.采用体压阻效应与界面压阻效应相结合的方式制作柔性触觉传感器可获得较高力灵敏度.
