摘    要:种子生长化学沉积法被用于制备玻璃毛细管内擘上金膜:在玻璃毛细管内壁自组装上氨基硅烷,然后利用静电相互作用组装上单层金溶胶纳米粒子,最后在管内缓慢注入含有氯金酸和盐酸羟胺化学镀液生长金薄膜.该方法通用易行,可在不同大小和形状的玻璃毛细管内壁形成厚度连续、均匀和可控的金属层.

Abstract:A seeded-growth chemical deposition was extended to form a continuous gold film onto the inner wall of a glass capillary,in which amino silane was first assemble onto the inner wall surface,then a monolayer of Au colloids was glued to the modified surface,and eventually a plating bath containing chloroauric acid and hydroxylamine was injected.This protocol is simple and general for fabricating thickness tunable,homogeneous and conductive metal films on the inner walls of capillaries of various shapes and si...
