钢箱梁桥面铺装层结构应力分析

摘    要:从钢箱梁结构计算的角度用有限元方法进行了分析,对铺装层应力应变变化规律作了描述,指出车辆荷载对铺装层内力影响的范围是有限的。通过分析,比较了产生的最大正负应变的大小,确定了产生最大应变的位置,总结了钢箱梁上铺装对荷载的响应特点,文中还结合实际的开口肋箱梁上铺装重建的实际工程进行了计算。计算所得的最大应变值等成果是混合料设计的依据,为整个铺装层的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The strain and stress of deck pavement are analyzed from the viewpoint of steel box, and by using finite elements the law of strain and stress in pavement is concluded. It is shown that the area of impaction by vehicle loads is limited. Through the analysis, the absolute magnitude of plus and minus maximum strain is compared and the position of producing these strains is confirmed. The characters of pavement subject to loads are described. Finally, a practical engineering rehabilitation for pavement on deck is computed. The results, such as maximum strain, can be used for the design of asphalt mixture.
