旋涡流化床颗粒运动和扬析机理试验研究

摘    要:对新近开发的旋涡流化床悬浮空间气固两相流动和颗粒扬析进行了理论分析和试验研究,阐明了旋涡流化床特有的颗粒悬浮层的运动规律,得到了颗粒质量流率的分布特点,首次提出旋涡流化床扬析的机理,并对扬析过程进行了系统的研究,获得了使夹带和扬析速率最小时的最佳空气动力条件和二次风喷射角,在冷态试验装置上证实了旋涡流化床较强的颗粒分离作用,研究结果对旋涡流化床锅炉的放大设计和运行有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The gas-solid two phase flow and fine particle elutriation were investigated in a cold vortexing fluidized bed (VFB) test facility, which is known as an advanced technology for clean coal utilization. The particle mass flux was measured and the characteristics of particle suspension layers was presented. The mechanism of particle elutriation in a VFB was proposed for the first time. The dependence of elutriation rate constant on variables such as the secondary air ratio and its injection angle was discussed. The optimum operation condition was found under which the rate of entrainment and elutriation of fine particles can be suppressed much less compared with a conventional FB.
