城市道路交通空气污染灰色聚类决策评价

摘    要:应用灰色聚类决策理论进行城市道路交通空气污染的评价,将城市道路交通空气污染状况分为空气质量优、空气质量良、空气质量一般、空气质量差四个灰类,提出了建立评价矩阵的方法、综合决策权和灰类的白化权函数,应用本文的方法,对7条实际道路交通空气污染进行了评价分析,分为优、良、一般三类,同时又做了模糊聚类分析,在不同的聚类尺度条件下,分类结果相差较大,道路交通的空气污染状态不明确,对比分析证明,模糊聚类具有不确定性,灰色聚类决策理论应用于城市道路交通空气污染的评价是可行的,符合实际。

Abstract:Grey clustering decision making theory is used to evaluate the city street traffic atmospheric pollution. The authors classifies the status of street traffic atmospheric pollution into four grey classes, such as excellent class, fine class, common class, and bad class, and gives the method to make the evaluation matrix, the synthesis decision making weights, and the whiten weights functions of grey class. The evaluation on traffic atmospheric pollution of seven streets is made with this method, and they are classified into three classes, such as excellent class, fine class, common class. Simultaneously, they are evaluated with fuzzy clustering. Under different clustering measures,the difference between the class results is distinct,and the atmospheric quality status is not specific. So, the conclusion, that fuzzy clustering has non definitude characteristic and the use of grey clustering decision making in the evaluation on urban city street traffic atmospheric pollution is doable and is in accordance with the fact, can be made.
