| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了确定关键路径的方法,通过确定关键路径以确定工程的工期并找出关键活动以缩短工期.通过对AOE网（Activity on Edge Network）上的关键路径的分析,结合具体工程计划模型,讨论工程计划中关键路径的性质以及关键活动改变对工程计划的影响.
