| 摘 要： | 农民问题是中国社会的首要问题，农民问题的核心是农民的利益问题，农民收入增长缓慢且极不稳定对我国社会经济的负面影响已愈来愈深。我国具有特殊的二元社会经济结构， 绵二元结构与城乡分割的工业化战略。是我国农民收入低、增长缓慢的根本原因，提出了中、短期内增加农民收入的途径。

| Abstract: | China is an agricultural country prominently.The core of the peasants' problem focuses on interest.Their slowly-increasing and unsteady income exert negative influence upon social's economy.This essay which is based on China's social and economical dual-structure analyses the root causes-i.e. unchangeable dual-structure and city-country partition industrialized strategy.Hence.an approach is put forward. |
