高校学生工作理念传承与创新

学生工作理念是学生工作者职业伦理和职业精神的有效提炼,深层次地反映了教育教学和人才培养的价值取向,从根本上规范着教、学、管的各种行为。学生工作理念的传承与创新是学生工作的两大功能。本文提出了学生工作理念的理论层面的基本结构,即主体观、师生共进教学相长观、生成观、学生工作建设价值观、开放观和实践观。

Inheritance and Innovation of the Concepts of College Student Administration

Student administration concepts , the essence of students administrators' professional ethics and spirit, deeply reflect the values of education and teaching, talent cultivation, and regulate the various behaviors of teaching, learning and administration. The two aspects of student administration are the inheritance and innovation of its operating principles. This article advances from the theoretical perspective the basic structure of student administration: subject, formation mechanism, open-mindedness, practical features, common improvement in teaching and learning, and values guiding construction of student administration.
