摘    要:近年来女性公务员群体不断壮大,然而,其在现实环境中面临着比男性更多的角色冲突,这在很大程度上影响了她们的职业发展与身心健康。性别与社会角色差异是女性公务员角色冲突的原因所在,因此,应从组织、家庭和个人三个层面进行调适。

Abstract:Women civil servants group growing quickly in recent years in China.However,they are facing greater role conflict comparing with those of men,which,to some degree,may influence their career development as well as their health.This article investigates and shows the connotation and reason of women civil servants role conflicts at the point of view of sexual and social role conflict difference,and proposes the measures of role conflict adjustment respectively in the organization,family and individual level.
