底水油藏采水消锥复合工艺优化设计

摘    要:底水油藏在开发中后期底水锥进问题突出,为取得较好的开发效果,必须采取合理有效的控水消锥措施。人工隔板、采水消锥等技术的应用存在有效期短、液量控制难等不足。提出采水消锥与人工隔板复合的控水方法,在室内岩心实验的基础上利用数值模拟进行了采水消锥与人工隔板复合工艺参数优化设计。结合A66-41井已高含水的现状,建立单井模型,优化了隔板位置及半径;采水点汇射开位置及产液量;分析了单一工艺与复合工艺的控水消锥效果。结果表明,采水消锥与冻胶隔板复合工艺效果明显好于单一工艺,能有效抑制底水锥进、降低油井含水、提高原油产量及经济效益,对底水油藏的控水稳油效果明显。
