摘    要:遗传学是现代生命科学发展最为迅速的学科之一,也是生物学中覆盖面最广的学科,客观上要求引入问题导向学习(PBL)教学理念,提高学生的自主学习能力,培养他们成为终身学习者。现有研究表明,PBL教学模式与我国高校教学基础学科教学环境的兼容性较差,尚缺乏直接推行基础。因此,在遗传学课程的教学中,有必要根据我国高校现有的教学环境和教学生态,将PBL教学理念与传统教学模式相结合,创建出吸收PBL教学模式精髓,且可操作性高和具有推广前景的教学模式。以"基因组"为例探索研究了这种教学模式。

Abstract:Genetics is one of the fastest growing disciplines covering extensively in the modern life science, which requires the introduction of ideas of problem-based learning (PBL) to enhance the learning ability of students and to train them to become lifelong learners. The researches show that the combination of the PBL and the existing teaching mode of the university in China needs further improving. The teaching conditions lags be- hind in implementing the PBL model directly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a hybrid model combining the advantages of PBL and the traditional teaching method in the teaching of Genetics. In the paper, We explore the hybrid model in the teaching of Genetics using "genome" as an example.
