老井侧钻技术在高含水期增油挖潜的研究

摘    要:以东濮凹陷胡状 -庆祖油田为例 ,介绍了利用老井测钻技术挖掘高含水期剩余油的方法 .根据严重非均质性油藏高含水期开发特点 ,将剩余油分为储层型、构造型及注采不完善型 3种 .基于胡状 -庆祖油田地质构造复杂、断层多、断块小、剩余油分布大多呈零星片状分布 ,且多为中、低渗层 ,近几年井况恶化严重 ,油藏埋深浅等原因 ,确定侧钻的工艺主要为开窗侧钻和拔套侧钻两种 .相应部署实施了换井底恢复储量型、挖掘储层剩余油型及挖掘构造剩余油型 3种侧钻井类型 .共实施了2 1口井 ,取得单井平均产液 2 7.1 t/d,产油 1 0 .6t/d,单井增油 7.9t/d.实践表明 ,老井侧钻技术在挖潜增油应用中是有效的 .

Abstract:The reservoir of Huzhuang Qingzu Oilfield in Pudong Sag is of serious heterogeneity, low permeability and little buried depth.The oilfield has also the characteristics of complex geological structure, more faults, small faulted blocks, and piecemeal remaining oil distribution. And the production of the oilfield has been in high water cut stage. In accordance with these characteristics, the idea of tapping the potentialities of it by lateral drilling was put forward. The remaining oil distribution of the oilfield was divided into three types: reservoir type, structure type, and imperfect injection production type. Two forms of lateral drilling were chosed, one is digging a window 50~100m above oil accumulation and drilling a new hole downward, and the other is pulling out the segment of the destroyed casing pipe and drilling a new hole for replacing the segment of old hole. The results of 21 wells show that, the average liquid production of single well reaches to 27.1 t/d, and that the average oil production of single well reaches to 10.6 t/d, it is increased by 7.9 t/d.
