高压汽水分离器效能分析

摘    要:为在稠油热采蒸汽驱阶段提高注汽干度 ,进而提高稠油开采率 ,引进了高压汽水分离器 .但高压汽水分离器是一个耗能设备 ,它的关停是决定注汽成本的一个关键性问题 .本文通过整体效益分析 ,认为汽水分离器的启停主要取决于注汽管网的长度 .

Abstract:During viscous crude oil steam flooding,a high pressure steam water separator is introduced to improve steam quality and then enhance recovery factor.But because it is a energy consumption equipment,there is no benefit to the whole steam injection system with it.So whether to run or shut it is a key point to steam injection cost.According to integrated benefit analysis of steam injection system,it can be concluded that running or shutting high pressure steam water separator mainly depends on the length and well spacing of steam injection pipe network.
