润湿性反转与润湿性反转剂

为了研究润湿性反转现象及其与润湿性反转剂的关系,通过理论分析和润湿性实验研究,分析了润湿性反转现象的本质及润湿性反转剂的作用.从热力学的角度分析了润湿性与黏附功的关系,提出了润湿性因子的定义,从而应用润湿性因子判断润湿性转变的程度,结合润湿性的分类得到发生润湿性反转的临界条件.实验结果表明,根据润湿性反转临界条件,可以判断润湿性是否发生了质的变化;而且可以判断化学剂是否可以作为润湿性反转剂使用.研究结果对于采油中化学剂的筛选具有重要的指导作用.

Wettability alteration and wettability alteration agents

In order to study the relationship between wettability alteration and wettability alteration agents,the essence of wettability alteration and the action of wettability alteration agents are studied by means of theoretic analysis and experiments.The relationship between wettability and adhesion work is thermodynamically analyzed,and then a definition of wettability factor is presented.The degree of wettability transition can be known according to the change of wettability factor.If the classification of wettabiliy is taken into account,the critical condition of wettability alteration can be received.The experimental results show that,according to this critical condition,it can be known whether the essential change of a wettability phenomenon occurs and whether a chemical can be used as a wettability alteration agent.The study result has important guidance for the selection of the chemicals used in oil recovery.
