摘    要:为了减缓聚丙烯酰胺体膨颗粒遇水膨胀速率,满足非均质性地层深部调驱的需要,采用乳液聚合技术,以丙烯酰胺、天然胶乳为主要原料,制备了缓慢膨胀的高强度油田堵水调剖颗粒.分别对天然胶乳、交联剂、引发剂以及膨润土的加入量对产品膨胀性能的影响进行了实验研究,确定了实验的最佳配比:水600 g、丙烯酰胺150 g、交联剂0.45 g、引发剂0.4 g、膨润土55 g、天然胶乳190 g,制备的堵水颗粒浸水110 h后开始缓慢膨胀,10 d吸水倍率50 g/g,耐温83.1℃,封堵率98.4%.实验结果表明,在聚合体系中加入天然乳胶与丙烯酰胺共聚能够极大地减缓堵水颗粒浸水初期的膨胀速率,增大体膨后颗粒强度,适合深部储层调驱.

Preparation and performance of high-strength particle gel with low swelling rate for deep profile control and flooding
Abstract:To reduce the water swelling rate of polyacrylamide particle for deep profile control and flooding of heterogeneous reservoir,a high-strength particle gel with low swelling rate was prepared using acrylamide and natural rubber latex as main row materials and adding cross-linking agent,initiator and bentonite.The effects of the components on the property of the product are studied by experiments,and their optimal ratio is determined:m(water)∶m(acrylamide)∶ m(cross-linking agent)∶ m(initiator)∶ m(bentonite)∶ m(natural rubber latex)= 600:150:0.45:0.4:55:190.The prepared particle gel begins slowly swelling after being soaked in water 110 h,its water absorption rate is 50g/g in 10 d,its temperature tolerance is 83.1℃,and its plugging rate is 98.4%.The experimental results show that adding natural rubber latex into polymer flooding system can greatly reduce the initial swelling rate of polyacrylamide particle and increase the strength of the particle,the prepared particle is suitable for profile control and flooding of heterogeneous reservoir.
