微生物采油技术及国外应用研究进展

摘    要:应用机械、物理、化学方法开采30余年之后油井面临枯竭,微生物采油(MEOR)在即将枯竭的油井开采已经发挥了重要的作用.微生物采油包括向油井注入生物产品激活本源微生物或者注入外源微生物使其产生生物表面活性剂以提高采油率等技术.本文综述了微生物采油的优点、机理和国外微生物采油技术的应用研究进展,旨在阐明微生物采油未来的研究趋势.

Abstract:Many of oil wells will be exhausted in 30 years by using mechanical,physical and chemical recovery methods.Microbial enhanced oil recovery(MEOR)plays an important role in the recovery of the oil wells being exhausted.The recovery factor of the oil wells can be enhanced by injecting biological product to activate the indigenous microbes in reservoir or injecting inoculating microbes to reservoir.In this paper,the advantages and mechanism of MEOR are discussed and the oversea research progress in its application is reviewed,aiming at illustrating the future research trend of MEOR.
