中原油田储层结垢预测

摘    要:详细分析研究了中原油田地层产出水、注入水和各种处理水的离子组成及特点,并采用结垢指数法、饱和系数法和饱和指数法对储层结垢进行了预测.结果表明:中原油田文一污、文二污、濮一污泵前注入水和各种处理水等在油藏条件下都有结垢趋势存在,结垢物质主要为CaCO3、CaSO4、BaSO4、SrSO4,其中CaCO3的结垢趋势最大,CaSO4、BaSO4、SrSO4的结垢趋势相对较小;随着储层温度增加;CaCO3、CaSO4、SrSO4的结垢趋势增加;pH值增加,CaCO3的结垢趋势增加.

Abstract:The sorts and the contents of the ions in the formation water,injected water and various treated waters with different pH value in the oil field are analyzed by various measuring method,and the constitutions and characteristics of the ions are known.Based on these,the reservoir scale is predicted by scale formation index method and saturation index method.The results show that,the characteristic of the produced water is of high salinity,high free CO2,HCO- and highvalency metal cation contents,and low pH value,and that the injected water and various treated waters are of high salinity,CO2-3,Ca2 ,Mg2 contents and pH value.The results also show that,the formation water,injected water and various treated waters of Wen sewage 1,Wen sewage 2, Pu sewage 1 all have the tendency of scale formation under reservoir conditions.The main scale materials are CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4 and SrSO4,and CaCO3 of them has greatest tendency of scale formation.CaCO3,CaSO4 and SrSO4 formation tendency will increase with the rise of reservoir temperature,and CaCO3 formation tendency will increase with the increase of pH value.
