基于解释结构模型的桥梁施工安全管理

摘    要:根据桥梁施工安全管理的特点,从环境、人为、技术、制度四个方面,选取能够充分反映施工项目安全管理的指标,运用系统工程理论,对构成施工安全因素进行了定性和定量化处理,建立了施工安全管理多级多层递阶解释结构模型。明确了各个层级上的因素及其与上下级因素之间的关系,得到一个递进的层次关系,进而得到桥梁施工安全管理解释结构模型图。研究结果表明,多层递阶解释结构模型从整体角度准确地揭示了施工安全主要影响因素的结构,得到了施工安全的表层直接影响因素、中层间接影响因素和深层根本影响因素。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of bridge construction safety management,environmental,human,technical,systems as four selected indicators,the safety management of construction project is adequately reflected using system engineering theory,constitute a construction safety factors for qualitative and quantitative treatment,established a construction safety management of multi-level hierarchical interpretatioan structured models.Specific factors on all levels and with a superior-subordinate relationship between factors make a progressive hierarchy,and then bridge construction safety management ISM figure.Results showed that multi hierarchic interpretative structural model from a holistic angle accurately reveals the structure of main factors on construction safety,get the surface directly affect construction safety,middle-level and indirect influencing factors underlying fundamental factors.
