基于循环经济视角下产业集聚区创新机理研究

产业集聚逐渐成为经济发展中最为强劲的增长板块。集聚优势为区域经济增长做出贡献的同时，也越来越面临着资源短缺、环境污染及生态破坏等负效应，且有愈演愈烈的趋势。循环经济作为一种解决经济发展与资源环境问题、实现可持续发展的重要方式，开始得到政府及企业的重视。基于循环经济对产业集聚区的影响机理进行分析，梳理我国产业集聚区内循环经济发展中存在的问题，最后对循环经济视角下产业集聚区发展体系的构建提出了政策建议。

Innovative Mechanism Research on Industrial Clustering Area from the Perspective of Circular Economy

Industrial cluster has gradually become the strongest growth plate of economic development. Ag- glomeration advantages contribute to the regional economic growth. Meanwhile, industrial cluster is increasingly faced with a shortage of resources, environmental pollution, ecological destruction and other negative effects, which have a growing trend. Circular economy, as a solution to the problems of economic development, resource shortage and environmental pollution, and an important way to achieve sustainable development, has begun to get the atten- tion of government and enterprises. This paper, based on the analysis of circular economy on the influence of indus- trial concentration areas, firstly summarizes the existing problems in the development of circular economy in the in- dustrial concentration zones in China, and finally puts forward some policy recommendations for the construction of agglomeration area from the perspective of circular economy.
