摘    要:换热网络的全新优化设计(grassroots design)和换热网络的改造优化设计(retrofit design)均可提高过程工业能量综合利用效率.为了对两种优化设计方法进行比较,分别在分级超结构的基础上,以费用函数为目标函数,建立了两种换热网络综合优化方法的数学模型.通过对混合遗传算法进行改进,实现了对数学模型的优化求解,并从节能水平、投资费用及投资回收期等方面对两种优化方法进行了对比.结果表明,通过对原有换热器单元的重新利用,使得换热网络的改造优化设计虽然在节能水平方面稍低于换热网络的全新优化设计,但在投资费用和投资回收期方面优势明显.

Abstract:It is feasible for the grassroots design and retrofit design of the heat exchanger network(HEN) to enhance the efficiency of energy utilization for process industries.In order to realize the comparison of these two methods,the mathematical models with the objective function of cost were built on the base of the stepwise superstructure.The developed hybrid genetic algorithm was employed to solve them.The comparisons were done from the aspects of energy saving,capital cost and payback period of these two methods.The results demonstrate that the retrofit design is little worse than the grassroots design in energy saving,but much better in capital cost and payback period obviously by the way of reusing of existing heat exchangers.
