加热丝上沸腾核心心间热相互作用探讨

摘    要:分析讨论了加热丝上汽泡生成对加热丝温度的影响。说明一个活化核心的起泡对周围其他活化核心起泡的影响。以及对其自身起泡的影响。同时讨论了两个核心之间起泡的相关性,分析中还发现由于汽泡生长造成的局部温度下降是加热丝表面沸腾需要较高过热度的一个原因,最后进行了数值模拟实验,数值计算和解析分析结果吻合较好。

Abstract:There are strong and complex interactions among bubbles and nucleation sites during nucleate boiling process. In the present paper, the thermal interaction among bubbles through the temperature field on a heating wire is discussed. When one bubble generates and grows at one site, it will cause temperature change of the heating wall. This kind of temperature change would be sharp if the heating wire has small size and small heat capacity. In the paper, the influence of bubble forming and growing is discussed on wire temperature and bubble formation at adjacent nucleate sites, specially at two close sites. The analysis indicates that the small size and heat capacity of wire ought to be the reasons why boiling on the wire needs higher superheat than on a plate. The numerical calculation result of influence of bubble growth on superheat is consistent with analytical result very well.
