MK97-002型刨刀刨削能力的仿真研究

摘    要:为研究MK97-002型刨刀的损坏原因,解决该型刨刀对不同硬度(用坚固性系数f表示)煤层的适应性,采用柔性体材料建立刨刀实体模型.根据无网格光滑质点动力学SPH理论构建煤层的本构模型,通过对刨刀刨削不同硬度煤层时刨刀薄弱位置(刀体和硬质合金头连接处)的仿真,得出其应力变化及统计值.结果表明,刨刀应力随煤的硬度增加而加大,对于f=5的煤层,刨刀的最大应力为304 MPa,其应力接近焊缝材料的极限应力,满足强度要求,所以该刨刀适于刨削f≤5的煤层,其损坏是由疲劳破坏造成的.所得结论与实际情况相符,为确定刨刀的刨削能力并正确选用提供依据.

Abstract:In order to find the causes to the damage of MK97-002 type plow bit,to solve the adaptability of this type plow bit for different hardness(sturdiness coefficient f) coal seams,a plow bit solid model is established by using flexible body material,a constitutive model of coal seam is constructed according to the SPH theory of meshless smooth particle dynamics,stress variation and statistical values are obtained through the simulation of weak position(the joint of blade and carbide head)of plow bit cutting various hardness coal seam.Results show that the stress of plow bit increase with the increasing hardness of coal,for the coal seam of f=5,the biggest stress of the plow bit is 304 MPa,its stress is close to the limit stress of the weld material,and meets the required strength,So the plow bit is suitable for cutting coal seam of f≤5,and its damage is caused by fatigue damage.Conclusions accord with practice,which provides the basis for determining the cutting ability and using correctly the plow bit.
