| 摘 要： | 经营城市途径选择已成为实现城市社会经济事业持续、健康、稳定发展重要问题．为此，选择18个城市的16个社会经济发展指标，采用主成分分析方法对影响四川经营城市的要素进行探讨，找出经营城市的思路，分析经营城市的策略．分析结果表明，四川经营城市的主成分是城市基本建设、土地与房地产开发、非农业人口，城市产业发展，从而提出了经营城市的策略应是加强城市基本建设，改善城市基础设施、经营城市土地资源、促进房地产开发，繁荣城市经济、加速城市产业发展，提升城市经济实力、有条件地加快城市化进程． |

| Abstract: | The tactics of management of the urban district are an important affair for realizing sustainable,healthy and steady development of main cities socioeconomis.16 socioeconomic index of 18 cities in Sichuan Province were collected,the analysis method of main component was used to discuss the factors of management of the cities,to find out the thinking, to analyze the tactics.The result shows that the main components are infrastructure of city,the development of land and real estate,nonagricultural population,industrial development in city.Corrective strategies of management of the city are as follows: strengthening the capital construction of city,improving the urban infrastructure,land resource management of the city,promoting the development of urban real estate,booming urban economy,accelerating the development of urban industry,promoting the actual strength of city,speeding up the process of urbanization. |
