Abstract:This article studied the growth of Onosma Paniculatum suspension cells. The dynamic changes of shikonin formation, sucrose content, NO 3 content, some important inorganic nutritions and pH value of the medium were also observed. The results of this article will be an important reference to design the bioreactor for large scale culture of Onosma Paniculatum cells in the future.
