摘    要:在室内模拟条件下研究了重金属离子浓度、吸附时间、废水pH值、温度和固液比等因素对污泥活性炭去除废水中重金属的影响.结果表明:Cd2+浓度为40 mg·L^-1、Zn^2+浓度为10 mg· L^-1、Pb2+浓度为10 mg·L^-1、Cu^2+浓度30 mg·L^-1,吸附90 min,pH值为4,温度为25℃,固液比为10g·L^-1的条件下,污泥活性炭对废水中Cd^2+、Zn^2+、Pb^2+、Cu^2+的去除效果最佳,去除率均在53%以上.

Study on Heavy Metals Removal of Waste Water Using Sludge Activated Carbon

Abstract:Under the condition of indoor simulation, the influence factors including the heavy metal ion concentration, the adsorption time, the pH of waste water, the temperature, and the solid-liquid ratio, which affect the performace of removing heavy metals by sludge activated carbon in waste water, were explored. The results showed that when the concentrations of Cd^2+ ,Zn^2+ , Pb^2+ Cu^2+ are 40 mg· L^-1 , 10 mg· L^-1, 10 mg· L^-1, and 30 mg· L^-1,respectively, the adsorption was 90 rain, thepH was 4, the temperature was 25 ℃, and the solid-liquid ratio was 10 g ·L^-1 , the removal effect of Cd^2+ , Zn^2+ , Pb^2+ , Cu^2+ from waste water by sludge activated carbon achieved best, leading to the removal rate of more than 53 %.
