摘    要:概述了以甲基橙为指示剂,用氯化锡还原三价铁离子,再以二苯胺磺酸钠作指示剂,以重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定测定微生物冶金浸出液中的全铁的方法。在测定时,有时终点颜色得不到正常的紫色,对此现象进行了探讨并提出了一些解决方案。

Abstract:This paper provided a titration method for determination of total iron in the bioleaching solution.This method is based the reduction of Fe3+ by SnCl2 with methyl orange as indicator,and then the sample solution is titrated by potassium dichromate standard solution with diphenylaminesulfonic acid sodium salt as the indicator.It was found that normal purple color can not be observed at the end point and error will be introduced sometimes.In this work,this phenomenon was investigated and the method was greatly improved.
