摘    要:文中讨论了新型超微晶软磁合金-FeCuNbSiB合金的成分,组织及热处理工艺选择原则。通过实验证明了采用合适的成分和热处理工艺,可eCuNbSiB非晶转变为纳米级超微晶合金。该合金具有较高的饱和磁感应强度,高磁导率,低矫无顽力和低铁损的优良综合磁性能。

Abstract:A principle of selecting composition, structure and heat treatment technology on the new type FeCuNbSiB soft magnetic alloys, which are composed of ultrafine crystallites, was discussed. Using optimum composition and heat treatment, a nano crystalline FeCuNbSiB alloy can be obtained from amorphous state. Some excellent magnetic properties of this alloy were presented, for example, high saturation magnetization and permeability, low coercive force and core loss.According to different magnetic field annealing, some samples with various magnetic properties can be obtained. High remanence ratio material was obtained by longitudinal field annealing and flat type B H curve was obtained by transverse field annealing.
