低速电机及步进电机中屏蔽方法的研究

摘    要:本文提出的将小齿置于内腔的隔套结构型式能妥善地解决低速电机及步进电机的绕组屏蔽。本文提出的加隔磁套的方法,在不加大电机尺寸的情况下,能对空心轴内腔进行有效的磁屏蔽。这两种方法具有较普遍的适用意义,可用于其他类似结构的电机中,文中对这两种屏蔽方式的结构、材料选用及有关计算进行了较详细的研究。

Abstract:The construction of the new segregating tube, with small teeth mounted on its inside surface, is able to shield properly the winding of low speed motors and stepping motors. The use of a adding magnetism-insulator can make an effective magnetic shield of the hollow axle without having to increase the mo- tor size. These two methods are of general use and may find wide application in other types of motor. Detailed research has been done on the construction, material choice and related calculations of the two types of shield.
