| 摘 要： | 为了研究BMP15基因和BMPR-IB基因多态性与乐至黑山羊繁殖性状的关系, 采用PCR-RFLP方法, 对20只高产羔率、15只低产羔率乐至黑山羊的BMP15基因的FecXH突变和BMP-IB基因的FecB突变的多态性进行初步研究分析. 初步研究结果表明, 乐至黑山羊BMP15基因和BMP-IB基因都只存在一种基因型, 说明了BMP15基因的FecXH突变和BMP-IB基因的FecB突变不能作为乐至黑山羊多胎性状的候选基因, 其原因有待进一步研究和探索.
