BMP15基因和BMPR-IB基因与乐至黑山羊繁殖性状之间关系的初步研究

摘    要:为了研究BMP15基因和BMPR-IB基因多态性与乐至黑山羊繁殖性状的关系, 采用PCR-RFLP方法, 对20只高产羔率、15只低产羔率乐至黑山羊的BMP15基因的FecXH突变和BMP-IB基因的FecB突变的多态性进行初步研究分析. 初步研究结果表明, 乐至黑山羊BMP15基因和BMP-IB基因都只存在一种基因型, 说明了BMP15基因的FecXH突变和BMP-IB基因的FecB突变不能作为乐至黑山羊多胎性状的候选基因, 其原因有待进一步研究和探索.

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the polymorphism of BMP15 gene & BMPR-IB gene and the reproduction trait of Lezhi black goat,we employ the PCR-RFLP method that we do experiments on 20 Lezhi black goats with high productivity and 15 ones with low productivity.Then we analyze the polymorphism of the FecXH mutation of BMP15 gene and the FecB mutation of BMP-IB gene.The result shows that there exists only one genotype in BMP15 gene and BMP-IB gene of Lezhi black goat,which therefore indicates the Fec...
