IC-ICP-MS测定大气颗粒物中的碘物种

摘    要:建立了离子色谱(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)线下联用测定大气颗粒物中碘物种的方法,采用IC对样品进行分离,ICP-MS对进行检测.采用Dionex ICS-1000,配以AS18分析柱和AG18型保护柱,以40 mmol/L的KOH作为淋洗液测定大气颗粒物(Aero-sols)中的碘物种(Iodine Species),该方法的检出限为0.1μg/L,精密度(RSD)在4.2%~5.4%,加标回收率在80%~101%范围,方法适用于碘物种的测定.

Abstract:A method for the determination of Iodine species in Aerosols was detection developed using IC and ICP-MS. IC was used in preliminary separation of the samples, and ICP-MS was used in the detection of Iodine species. The Dionex ICS-1000 ion chromatography coupled with AS18 analysis column and AG18 protection column was used and 40mmolfL KOH solution was used as the eluent. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 txg/L, its precision (RSD) was between 4.2% and 5.4% , and the la- beled recovery rate was between 80% and 101%.
