摘    要:以综合起泡能力作为评价指标,利用Waring Blender评价方法,在对常用起泡剂进行初选的基础上,对起泡剂的起泡性能及起泡剂加入浓度、稳泡剂加入浓度进行了评价和优选.结果表明:HY-2型起泡剂在模拟油田地层水下具有较好的综合起泡能力,起泡剂加入浓度为0.5%,液相黏度对起泡剂的稳定性影响较大,存在一个最优的液相黏度值,稳泡剂加入浓度不应小于700 mg/L.原油的存在使泡沫的起泡体积和稳定性均呈现下降的趋势.泡沫的这种特性,有利于调整高低渗透层中的流度差异.

Optimization of Foaming Agent and Evaluation of Foaming Performance of Nitrogen Foam Flooding
Abstract:Having comprehensive foaming ability as evaluation index,using the evaluation methodology of Waring Blender,on the base of the primary selection of the foamers in common use,the foaming performance is evaluated and the concentration of foamer and foam stabilizer are optimized.The results show that the foamer of HY-2 has a better comprehensive foaming ability and the concentration of foamer is 0.5%.The liquid viscosity effect for foaming performance showed that there exists an optimal value of the liquid viscosity,corresponding to the concentration of foam stabilizing agent should not be less than 700 mg/L.The presence of crude oil make the foaming volume and stability of the foam having a downward trend,the character of which is very advantageous to adjust fluidity difference between the layers of high permeable formation and low permeable formation.
