预应力混凝土工型梁施工期间力学性能分析

摘    要:探讨了预应力混凝土工型梁在施工期间受力性能问题。以30m跨度一片后张法预应力混凝土工型梁为研究对象,根据5种不同施加预应力顺序,采用桥梁规范方法、等效荷载法以及有限元分析程序ANSYS三种方法对该预应力工型梁在张拉预应力时的受力性能进行了计算,并将各种方法计算结果进行了对比。计算结果表明,不适当的预应力张拉顺序,可能会引起该工型梁上缘混凝土开裂,在张拉该工型梁预应力时应引起重视。本文计算结果已为该预应力混凝土工型梁张拉预应力施工提供参考。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of the prestressed concrete I-shaped beam during construction are discussed in this paper. According to five different stretching orders, three methods, bridge norm method, equivalent load principle and finite element analysis software ANSYS, have been adopted to calculate the stress properties of one post-stressed concrete I-shaped beam with the span of 30 meters which is regarded as the investigated object. Meanwhile the contrasts of these three calculation results have been conducted. The calculation results reveal that improper stretching orders may cause the cracks of the upper limbs of the I-shaped beams, and the attention is needed to pay in this situation. The calculation results here have been provided as a reference to the prestress construction of the I-shaped beams.
