摘    要:用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH分光光度法测定了8种中药提取物中的总黄酮,考察了方法的回收率和精密度.实验表明:以芦丁为标准对照品、510 nm为测量波长,所得线性回归方程A=10.9942C+0.0015,相关系数R=0.9999.此方法稳定性好、操作简单快速、结果准确可靠,可作为中药提取物中总黄酮测定的分析方法.

Abstract:The total flavonoids from eight Chinese herbal extracts were determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH spectrophotometry and the recovery rate and precision were studied.The experiment showed that with rutin as the standard sample and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH as the color reagent,the content of flavonoids was determined by VIS-spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm.The regression equation was A=10.942C+0.001 5,the correlation coefficient R=0.999 9.The results show that this method can be used to detect the total ...
