显脉旋覆花根中总黄酮提取方法的研究

摘    要:以显脉旋覆花根为试验材料,用乙醇和甲醇为提取剂,采用浸提法分别对显脉旋覆花根中总黄酮进行提取,并用紫外分光光度法进行了测定.结果表明:乙醇70%,甲醇体积分数50%,浸提时间均为24 h时,总黄酮的提取效果较好,乙醇和甲醇提取的总黄酮得率分别为2.33%和1.84%,乙醇的提取效果优于甲醇,总黄酮测定方法平均回收率为99.89%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.89%,结果可靠.

Abstract:In this test,the roots of Inula nervosa were used as the test materials,and their total flavonoids were extracted by alcohol-and methanol-based cold-maceration. The content of the extracted total flavonoids was determined with UV spectrophotometer. The results were the following: while alcohol was 70% and methanol 50%,and the extracting time was 24 h,the extraction of the total flavonoids had a good effect. The extraction rate of alcohol and methanol was 2. 33% and 1. 84% respectively. Alcohol had a better effect than methanol. The average recovery of this method was 99. 89%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) of the method was 0. 89%. Its results are reliable.
