己二腈加氢反应器剖析及模拟计算

摘    要:本文针对辽化己二腈加氢反应器,利用现场和设计数据对反应器中流体流动参数进行了计算,进而在气体为活塞流动,液固进程活塞流动假设下利用四阶龙格库塔法在计算机上求算了转化率等重要参数随高的变化关系,其转化率的计算值与计值和现场值吻合。

Abstract:The fluid flow parameters of the hydrogenation reactor of adipic nitrile (ADN) in The Liaoyang Chemical Fibre Works were calculated according to design and operating data. The relationships between XA.XB,DB,UG and Z were calculated by means of the Runge-Kutta method on a computer under the assumptions of that the gas and liquid - solid phases are with plug flow. The calculated conversion ratio fits well with both the designed and measured value.
