摘    要:通过建立剁削系统的动力学模型,解析出与实际相符合的运动参数.继而为寻求冲击噪声与剁削运动参数间的关系进行了试验研究,并得到了它们间的定量表达式.同时,对冲击噪声的组成、机理和其中加速度噪声的近场声学特性给出了明确的解释.

Abstract:A dynamic model of shock-cutting system was established and parameters of motion conforming with actual situation were derived. Experimental study was carried out to determine the relationship be-'ween impact noise and shock cutting parameters, a quantitative expression was formulated. Definite expplanations were given for the composition and mechanism of shock noise and the near field charac-teritics of the acceleration noise.
