油轮舱CO2-O2-H2S-SO2湿气环境中低合金钢的腐蚀行为

摘    要:利用自制的油轮舱CO2-O2-H2S-SO2湿气环境腐蚀模拟装置,对Ni和Cu含量不同的三种低合金钢进行了油轮舱湿气腐蚀模拟实验,比较和分析了三种不同成分的低合金钢在模拟原油舱湿气环境中的腐蚀速率、腐蚀形态和腐蚀产物,探讨了油轮舱CO2-O2-H2S-SO2湿气环境中钢的腐蚀机理.结果表明:三种不同成分低合金钢的腐蚀形态均为全面腐蚀,伴随着腐蚀产物的形成和脱离,钢的腐蚀速率随实验时间的延长出现了波动变化;钢中Ni和Cu元素可明显提高钢的耐油轮舱湿气腐蚀性能;在油轮舱湿气环境下,同时存在四种腐蚀性气体CO2-O2-H2S-SO2的析氢和吸氧腐蚀,同时也存在钢表面薄液膜中H2S被O2氧化形成的元素S引起的湿S腐蚀;CO2-O2-H2S-SO2湿气腐蚀减薄量DLt与时间t之间较好地满足指数关系DLt=AtB,并得到合金元素含量不同的三种钢的系数A和指数B的数值.

Abstract:Wet gas corrosion experiments of three low alloy steels containing different contents of elements Ni and Cu were conducted by homemade equipment simulating the oil tanker corrosion environment.The corrosion rate,corrosion morphologies and corrosion products of the three steels in a CO2-O2-H2S-SO2 wet gas environment of crude oil tanks were compared and the corrosion mechanism was also analyzed and discussed.The results show that the corrosion morphologies of the three steels are all uniform corrosion;as the...
