| 摘 要： | 丙酮醛是一种细胞的代谢产物.近日研究表明,丙酮醛与牙周病发病有密切联系.通过研究丙酮醛对牙周膜成纤维细胞的毒性作用进一步明确其致病性.发现不同丙酮醛浓度在刺激牙周膜成纤维细胞后,存在一个阈值,其与所刺激的细胞浓度有关.

| Abstract: | MG is a metabolite of several pathogenic bacteria.It has been reported that MG is involved in the pathologies of several diseases such as diabetes,and periodontal disease,etc.This paper was to find the toxic of MG by creaturing Mg with periodontal fibre cells in DMEM.This would offer dependence on next test.The death rate is correspond to the cell density which disposed by the Methylglyoxal. |
