三七道地与非道地产区药材及土壤微量元素分析

摘    要: 通过分析三七在不同产区不同地质背景土壤与药材中微量元素的含量,探讨三七药材道地性与土壤微量元素的关系.应用电感耦合等离子体光电直读光谱仪分别对三七药材和土壤样品进行微量元素含量分析,所得数据用SPSS11.5软件进行分析比较.表明道地产区土壤中硅含量高而铜和镉含量低,道地药材三七中锌和锰含量高,不同的土壤地质背景药材及土壤微量元素有差异;三七药材与土壤中的铁和钡2种元素呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);铝、锰00、硼、铅4种元素呈显著正相关(P<0.05).因此,土壤地质背景是形成道地三七的重要成因之一.

Abstract:Panax notognseng(Burk.) is a medicinal material in Yunnan.The contents of microelements in soils and in the root of Panax notognseng from various regions were analysed.The relationship between authenticity of Panax notognseng and the contents of microelements in soil was discussed.The contents of microelements in soil samples and in the samples of root of Panax notognseng were analyzed with ICP-AES and the data were treated and compared with SPSS 11.5 software.The soils in authentic planting contain high silicon and low cadmium content.And the root of Panax notognseng contains high zinc and manganese content.The contents of microelements in root of Panax nogognseng and in soil with different geological background are different.The contents of Fe and Ba in the root of Panax notognseng show a positive interrelationship with those in soil(P<0.01).The contents of Al,Mn,B and Pb in the root of Panax notognsent show a significant positive interrelationship with those in soil(P<0.05).It is identified that Geological background of soil plays an important role in forming authenticity of Panax notognseng.
