摘    要:对赤泥提钪进行了研究,采用不同浓度的盐酸、硝酸对赤泥进行浸泡,浸泡时间分别设为0、12、24、36、48 h,应用ICP-AES研究不同条件下Fe、Al、Sc、Ca、Mg等元素的浸出量,研究结果发现用8 mol/L的稀硝酸浸泡12小时左右,就可以将50%的钪元素提出,而杂质Fe将有95%的不被提取,为从赤泥中提取钪提供实验基础.

Abstract:In this work,the samples of red mud were steeped in different concentrations of HCl and HNO3,and the steeping times were set as 0,12,24,36,48 hours respectively,in order to find the optimum conditions for extracting Sc from the mud.Relative quantities of Fe,Al,Ca,Mg and Sc in the lixivia were detected with ICP-AES technique.The results showed that about 50% Sc could be extracted by 8 mol/L of dilute nitric acid in 12 hours,while 95% Fe remained in the red mud,which provided experimental basis for extraction of Sc from red mud.
