| Abstract: | Concerning the implementation of the outstanding engineer program of the Ministry of Education in engineering universities, the paper analyzes the feasibility and characteristics of the program and proposes that the universities should make feasible training standards based on their professional features and pay attention to the problems in the implementation, so as to get qualified backup engineers. |
