摘    要:飞机液压油泵车结构复杂,故障发生率很高,现有的故障诊断方法较单一落后,检测精度低.在飞机液压油泵车的故障诊断中,将模糊数学理论与专家系统诊断方法相结合,提出了飞机液压油泵车故障诊断模糊专家系统,该系统依据知识库及综合数据库,在推理机制中采用正向推理,能快速准确找出故障原因,较大地提高了飞机液压油泵车故障诊断效率和精度.

Abstract:Hydraulic power carts for aircraft is complex and has a high incidence of failure,the existing fault diagnosis method was simple,backward and low precision.A fault diagnosis expert system is developed for fault diagnosis of hydraulic power carts for aircraft,which combines fuzzy mathematic theory with expert system diagnosis method.This system can identify the cause of the faults quickly and accurately,used forward chaining inference mechanism based on knowledge base and comprehensive database,the results showed it greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the hydraulic power carts for aircraft fault diagnosis.
