摘    要:描述一种具有折叠共振腔系统的射频激励CO2激光器.激光器的放电管为平板式,共振腔系统由3个反射镜和一个输出镜组成,折叠光通道9个.重点介绍折叠腔的设计和调整技术及实验结果.

Abstract:A RF excited CO 2 laser with multifold cavity system is described. The discharge channel of the laser is planar. The cavity system consists of three mirrors and one output coupler, and creates nine folded light paths. The design and adjustment of the cavity system and the experimental results are presented.
