| Abstract: | A RF excited CO 2 laser with multifold cavity system is described. The discharge channel of the laser is planar. The cavity system consists of three mirrors and one output coupler, and creates nine folded light paths. The design and adjustment of the cavity system and the experimental results are presented. |
