摘    要:利用优选的微生物驱油菌种N80,模拟油藏条件在人造多孔介质(岩心)上进行的微生物运移、生长和提高采收率实验结果表明,该菌在岩石表面有较强的吸附性,吸附平衡所需菌液量为2.2PV;并可在多孔介质中运移和生长代谢,岩心出口产出液中菌浓度与注入原菌液相近,产出液pH值下降1.8,表面张力下降31.2%;较水驱提高石油采收率6.6%.说明该菌种适宜作驱油菌种.

Abstract:The paper describes the experiment result that done with simulated oil reservoir condition by selected microbial species, N80, and would be used in the oilfield flooding. The results showed that adsorption occurred on the surface of sands, the microorganisms can migrate and growth in the porous medium. Recovery flooded with N80 6.6% is higher than water flooded in same condition. The pH value of fermentation fluid decreased 1.8, interfacial tension decreased 31.2%. The selected microbial species is suitable for flooding and can enhance oil recovery.
